We accept credit cards, money orders or cashiers checks. In addition, we accept personal checks, however will not ship the order until that check has cleared our account.
Intenational buyers must pay with credit card.
Currently we use PayPal to process credit card payments. There is no need to "join" Paypal and if you are already a member, you do not have to use your Paypal account to make payment. Simply click to pay with credit card. Paypal is safe and secure to use. Not only do we not keep any of your sensative financial information on file, we never even see it. Your credit card and bank information are not made available to any merchant.
Google Checkout: We also accept payments via Google Checkout. To pay via Google Checkout: when checking out of your shopping cart, select OTHER as your payment method and in the MESSAGE area of the form, type GOOGLE CHECKOUT. You will then receive a Google Checkout invoice from us. What is Free Standard Shipping? TOP
Free Standard Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery time is usually 4-7 business days. We do sometimes upgrade shipping on bulky gemstone necklaces or especially large purchase orders to USPS Priority Mail as a courtesy.
If you're purchasing an item and would like faster delivery via Priority Mail, please purchase the Shipping Upgrade. Priority Mail delivery time is usually 2-4 business days.
All of our shipping methods include Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is not included, but we highly recommend it for peace of mind.
USPS Express Mail is also available on request for an additional fee.
Free Standard Shipping for International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Delivery time varies greatly from 7-30 business days (and sometimes longer). If you wish faster delivery via USPS Priority Mail International, please purchase the International Shipping catalog item. Do you provide insurance? TOP Insurance is extra, available on request, and is recommended. We will not be responsible for uninsured items after the item leaves our hands. What is included in Standard Shipping? TOP Standard shipping includes USPS shipping with delivery confirmation, bubble wrap, tissue paper, package labels, and a gift box. It does not include insurance (which can be purchased seperately). How often do you ship? TOP Usually daily. We strive to ship within 24-48 hours after receiving (cleared) payment. Can I get a discount? TOP Yes, you can! Simply sign up for our newsletter and you'll receive special offers, discounts and notices of sales and new pieces! We do not flood your inbox and you can unsubscribe at any time. What if I need re-sizing? TOP We offer re-sizing on many of our jewelry items. Price varies according the the gemstones or findings involved, so it's best to ask. The average fee is $2.00 per inch. However, sometimes re-sizing is free! Please email your needs to us. Do you do custom work? TOP Yes. Please email your desires in as much detail as possible. Do you have a warranty? TOP We love our customers and we want them happy! Our jewelry is handmade artwork and no two pieces are exactly alike. Please read the descriptions of each item carefully - including dimensions. If there are any problems with your shipment, please email us within 3 days of receipt and we will make every effort to resolve your concerns. Any refunds made will be for the purchase amount only and will not include monies paid for shipping and/or insurance fees. A re-stocking fee of $15.00 mayl be withheld from any refund. Your name, address, email address, and payment information are entirely private and not shared in any way with anyone. We guard your privacy as if it were our own. Please see our full Privacy Policy for more detailed information. How should I care for my jewelry? TOP Jewelry is fragile and should be handled with care. Items should be stored in the boxes or pouches we provide to protect them from damage, oxidation and tarnish. That said, the best way to care for your jewelry is to wear it!
